Aptasensing biosynthesized phosphatidylserine with a AuNPs nanozyme-based colorimetric aptasensor

Sensitive monitoring of the target products during biosynthesis process is crucial, and facile analytical approaches are urgently needed. Herein, phosphatidylserine (PS) was chosen as model target, a colorimetric aptasensor developed for rapid quantitation in samples. A chimeric aptamer constructed with two homogeneous original PS aptamers. Specific recognition between results desorption from surface AuNPs nanozyme, peroxidase-like enzymatic activity nanozyme weakened relationship different concentrations. The performed well when applied analyzing offers good sensitivity selectivity, under optimal conditions, achieving range 2.5-80 μmol/L, limit detection at 536.2 nmol/L. Moreover, provides accuracy, comparison rates 98.17%-106.4%, compared HPLC-ELSD. This study reference other biosynthesized promoting development aptamers aptasensors real-world application.
